How do I cancel my subscription?

Daily Dove subscriptions are billed and managed by the Apple App Store. To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Daily Dove.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for Daily Dove subscriptions are handled directly by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Daily Dove cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:

  1. Open the Daily Dove app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This will remove your profile, prayer activity, conversation transcripts, and other personal information from our systems, and revoke any associated sign-in tokens. If you prefer, you can also email us at [email protected] and we'll handle it for you.

How do I report a concern about content?

If something the Dove says feels inappropriate, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise off, please let us know:

  1. Open the Daily Dove app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Report a concern.
  4. Choose the category that best fits and add any details that would help us understand.

The voice feature isn't working — what should I do?

Daily Dove needs microphone access to hold a spoken conversation with the Dove. If voice isn't working:

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
  2. Scroll to Daily Dove.
  3. Make sure Microphone is turned on.

If you've granted microphone access and voice is still failing, please check that you have a stable internet connection, and try fully closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, email us at [email protected] with your device model and iOS version and we'll help you troubleshoot.

I forgot my password.

Daily Dove uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google for account access — we don't store passwords ourselves. If you can't sign in:

What ages is Daily Dove for?

Daily Dove is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. The app enforces this during onboarding via a date-of-birth check.
